Recruitment Services Essential Appointments offers traditional recruitment services as well as target driven talent Sourcing services. Our Sourcing service is the latest addition and has been introduced to assist clients in meeting their demands for the scarce resource of skilled employees. The service is very much geared towards sourcing candidates for those "hard to fill" roles. Roles that require very specific and possible rare skills that may not be actively looking for a new opportunity. We access the elusive "passive candidate pool" to target the candidates our clients need. Our traditional recruitment services, both Permanent & Temporary, focuses on providing a quality service to fill our clients vacancies with candidates that have been carefully selected, screened and tested to ensure they meet our clients critical criteria. Our aim is to not only meet these requirements, but to also make sure we meet our clients "cultural fit".
