Essentio Osk is all about Coaching, Facilitation and Training. The co-op was founded in the spring of 2016 by seven professional coaches. We build on three key strengths: 1. Solution focused and appreciative approach 2. Wide spectrum of educational background and experience 3. Innovative and passionate spirit. Our main focus is experience. We believe great employee experience leads to exceptional customer experience. We also strive to give an intensive learning experience for the individuals, teams and groups we work with.
