The Emergency Supply Prepositioning Strategy (ESUPS) Working Group was created in 2016 by stakeholders interested in improving the prepositioning of relief items as a preparedness measure. We work to improve the predictability and relevance of prepositioned emergency supplies. Our objective is to help define coordinated national and regional prepositioning strategies, maximising time and cost efficiency of dispatch by promoting loan-borrowing, joint procurement and limitations in branding. ESUPS is hosted and funded by Welthungerhilfe.
