My mission is to guide the elite of the industry to reach their potential by putting them in the right environment. I find the people who are continuing to enhance their skills and knowledge in a particular area of the electrical trade, while also demonstrating leadership and management skills. They’re the ones who aren’t afraid of hard work and have truly earned their place in the industry. Growing up on a farm, the value of a strong work ethic has been etched into my bones. And the importance of never underestimating teamwork is ingrained in my soul. It’s these values that I look for in the next generation of leaders and managers.
