ETAMORPH

ETAMORPH is a NYC-based boutique design studio specializing in design collectibles, unique custom elements and distinctive finishes for high-end interiors. Design Director Enrico Tognoni approaches the studio work knowing that each piece will move through many hands during its process of creation, and that it will be infused with the energy coming from this collective effort. Central to his beliefs as a designer is his reverence for craftsmanship—a convergence of art and engineering. "In my work, creation is a very powerful moment. Matter and ideas coalesce to create a profound sensorial experience. In this process, the relationship between material, form and craft has a crucial role." Growing up in Tuscany, Enrico was deeply influenced by art and craftsmanship, which informed his approach to his practice today. From his culturally rich upbringing, and a love for science, he eventually received joint Master’s degrees in Architecture and Engineering.
