We seek to narrow the gap between the current acceptable residential construction practices and economical engineering solutions to increase the longevity of a home. By applying valuable engineering principals and eliminating the failures in prescribed designs, we will provide the homeowner(s) with a higher quality of service to improve the quality of their home. We support architects and designers with engineering design solutions that work within the geometric constraints to achieve their design intentions. We support contractors with construction support services such as site review, shop drawing review, structural site instructions and in-office consultation. We are a 100% remote engineering firm specializing in Residential, Commercial, and Site Plan support engineering. We design using a wide range of materials including wood, heavy timber, concrete, masonry, steel, light gauge steel stud, 3D printed concrete, ICF, and helical piles. We’ve built a strong community within the construction industry, developing trusted partnerships with many of Southern, Central and North East Ontario’s leading builders/contractors, Architects/BCIN designers, material suppliers, and landscaping contractors. Our work has also been featured in collaboration with prominent broadcasters such as HGTV, highlighting our commitment to quality and innovation.
