Ethica Resourcing was founded by a long-established team of recruitment and finance experts who wanted to create a uniquely ethical approach to managed services – one which could combine the traditional neutral vendor model with a centralised system and then go one step further… To this end, we realised the potentially huge benefits of a new, entirely unique solution which could seamlessly integrate all mechanisms required for supply management. Now, Ethica’s model is all-encompassing – from requisition of a worker requirement through to selection management, from timesheet management to authorisation of payroll, all the way through to payment of that payroll. All temporary workers on the supply chain are paid by Ethica, regardless of supplying agency.
