Ethics Metrics’ focus is educating and empowering U.S. Depository Institution Holding Company (DIHC) investors, including other DIHCs, with better research that brings transparency to asymmetric information in order to foster market discipline and market integrity. Ethics Metrics is a boutique risk rating firm specializing in discovering, measuring and rating undisclosed governance, compliance and related risks, including potential fraud and systemic risks, in 100 large DIHCs, and evaluating the potential impact of those risks on over 1,100 global registered investment advisers (RIAs).
