We work for private individuals, architects, developers, agents and investors on a variety of construction work including refurbishment and new build. Our founders instilled a respect for craftsmanship and recommendation within the business and this legacy is evident in the quality of our work. We have highly proficient construction and specialist teams employed directly within the business, enabling us to guarantee quality of finish, service and delivery. Some teams include several generations of the same family and have been with us since the business was founded. Joinery is also one of our strengths and we have a high-end in-house joinery workshop so that your bespoke, internal furniture and fittings can also be made by our passionate craftspeople, under one roof. Our project managers have been with the company for over 20 years. We appoint a dedicated project manager at the beginning of every project to oversee the construction, manage the project scope and control costs. Our project managers also act as the main point of contact for all clients, stakeholders and sub-contractors. They remain on the project until handover to ensure that the project runs to programme and is delivered successfully. Each construction project is led by a site manager who checks all works meet our exacting standards and those of our clients. Health & Safety plays a significant role in all of our projects which is managed by our in-house Health & Safety advisor and verified by an independent Health & Safety specialist. Stringent audits continue throughout each project and all documents and procedures are reviewed and checked right up until project completion. Once a project is complete, we undertake a thorough practical completion meeting to handover the project to the owner and relevant parties. We provide a seamless transition from a completed project to an inspiring space to be enjoyed. Our tailored service ensures that each project runs smoothly and hassle free.
