Built in 1890, our refurbished 10,500 square foot warehouse functions as a vessel for physical, mental, and social wellness. Ethos offers group training, private training, treatment (acupuncture, massage, chiropractic, and more), and recovery, including sauna and cold plunge. Sustainability is our promise.
