We work on an advisory basis with nonprofits, government agencies, and small businesses to build capacity, engage communities, and leverage data. By building capacity, we help organizations grow and build a culture of long-term performance by improving their most important processes and increasing their financial and human capital resources. To engage communities, as we gather accurate and actionable information from relevant stakeholders through facilitated group discussions, target market surveys, interviews, and other methods. By leveraging data, we help organizations increase impact and transparency by building and improving processes for collecting, analyzing, and sharing data and other information more effectively We also take the initiative by identifying unmet needs and creating projects or solutions to solve them. We do so by leveraging our expertise, networks, and other resources to incubate or implement important ideas.
