ETI is a 3-generation family-owned business of 38 years. Our 28 Citizen Cincom precision Swiss CNC lathes are highly beneficial for manufacturing micro-components from a 1/16” to 1.25” (32mm). Our machines hold tight tolerances in the tenths, able to drop a product complete and offer competitive pricing. We can support mixed low to high volume production runs consistency and precision. The benefit of our machines is the capability of making complex turned parts with reduced operations while eliminating handling time and costs. We offer a diverse range of materials machined including Beryllium Copper, Inconel, Brass, Stainless Steel, Steel, Aluminum, Titanium, Monel K500 and more. And through our partners we offer a variety of plating and spot plating including precious metals.
When turning complex and precision components quality control is essential. Within ETI’s Quality Assurance Department, we utilize skilled personnel, traditional inspection equipment and our newest addition a Hexagon CMM. We also use a variety of computer aided systems for measurement of product, collecting SPC and capability data, gauge tracking and document handling. ETI is an ISO 9001: 2015 certified and ITAR registered company.
