With more than 2,683 cows and 200 committed and passionate people around L'Etivaz AOP cheese, we are an autonomous cooperative that controls the entire value chain ("from udder to fork").
For generations, we've been producing, maturing and pampering a unique cheese, made over an open wood fire during the summer months, using rich milk from the natural grazing of our 130 mountain pastures, offering an incredible, delicate richness of flavour.
We are proud to promote our "Perle Vaudoise" beyond our region - reflecting tradition, expertise and quality, as well as the contemporary, innovative and visionary spirit of our founders.
