2016 yılında kurulan Etkin İşgücü'nün amacı; kaliteli işgücüne ihtiyaç duyan firmalar ile aradıkları işgünüdoğru zamanda ve doğru yerde bir araya getirmektir. Firmaların İnsan Kaynakları Departmanlarını, operasyonel süreçlerden kurtararak, şirket kültürlerine ve ihtiyaç duydukları aday profillerine yönelik alternatif seçenekler sunmaktayız. Bu sayede müşterilerimizin gerçek hedeflerine odaklanmalarını sağlıyor ve iş süreçlerinde kalite artışına katkıda bulunuyoruz. *** Effective Workforce has been established in 2016 with the aim of to bring together companies and candidates which need quality workforce at the right time and in the right place. We contribute to our customer’s Human Resources Department to focus on their real targets and improve the quality in their business processes. We undertake the operational process from our customers and provide alternative candidate options which are inline with their need and compatible to their corporate culture.
