ETM was founded back in 2000 by brothers Ed and Tom Martin, with a single pub in Clerkenwell. Since then, they’ve taken their passion for creating unique, exciting venues and opened more than 17 smart city gastropubs, contemporary brasseries, sophisticated bars and small neighbourhood pubs.
