ETOILES

ETOILES is a research laboratory within Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Aerospace Engineering Department that aims at developing Educational Technologies for Open and Interactive Learning via the Engineering of Small Spacecraft. ETOILES was established in August 2021 and there are over 70 students (95% undergraduate and 5% graduate students) from AERO, EE, PHYS, CPE, MATH, ME, and IME. ETOILES is a multidisciplinary team aiming for the stars! ETOILES Mission is to create open-source and educational small spacecraft technologies to enable interactive learning for individuals from varied educational and professional backgrounds. ETOILES Vision is to become a prime center for space systems engineering in support of California's upskilling efforts and aerospace small businesses.
