Etopia’s aim is to lead in environmental sustainability and compliance to the built environment by providing services throughout a project’s lifecycle that achieve long-term environmental, social, and economic value. To achieve this, Etopia uses Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). The Etopia SIP system provides an enhanced speed of construction, minimal defects in structures, and reduced wastes and energy consumption due to off-site manufacturing. The Etopia SIP is a panelised system that comes in a flat pack and consists of structural insulated panels (R44) for use in loadbearing and non-loadbearing external walls in residential and non-residential buildings and is suitable for use in all areas of exposure. The panels are 7.28346” thick, supplied in a range of widths to match the architectural design requirements.
