Etrain Interactive is a software technology company and is the home of NurseSim Online, a cloud-based simulator used for training new enrolled and registered nurses, anywhere in the world. Delivered as e-learning, NurseSim provides guided instruction and cognitive challenge to students using real-world scenarios and problem-solving. Set in a safe, virtual world setting, NurseSim can be customised to meet local healthcare standards and trainer needs using the NurseSim Scenario Builder. We are a high-performance, interdisciplinary team of software designers, developers, and technicians. The work we do is based around the principles of observation, measurement, data, logic, and probability. This approach provides a basis for evidence-based decision-making and a systems-based approach to implementation and sustainment.
