The ExFi Lab is an informal EU Think Tank that creates a centre for informal exchange of views and ideas on international cross-border financing in order to inspire change at European, OECD and global levels.
The ExFi Lab revisits and challenges our common understanding of export credits and export financing as an EU instrument and informs a policy discussion on possible recommendations for a strengthened EU approach to export and trade financing.
The ExFi Lab is a group of interested EU export finance experts that also draws on the expertise of external experts. It was established in December 2018 by a group of dedicated export finance experts willing to look into the important question of where EU export finance should be heading in a changing globalised world order.
The ExFi Lab has produced the “White Paper on Public Export Finance in the EU - Take Action or Fall Behind” and our primary aim with establishing this LinkedIn profile is to encourage discussion of the 3 Recommendations in the White Paper. Our aim is to post relevant views and comments on the issues relating to the White Paper and would welcome views and knowledge sharing from others on these and related issues.
