The European Council of Autistic People is an umbrella organisations founded in 2019. EUCAP members are national and regional organisations led by autistic people. We promote the welfare and empowerment of autistic people throughout Europe and beyond. We focus especially on developing connections between our members and other autistic people's organisations, and by widening access to direct participation in public discourse and engagement with policymakers. We are open to cooperation with other types of organisations, for example in the form of project partnerships.
