This project aims to create a fellowship that will foster global collaboration and shared learning experiences, ultimately improving the quality of care through exchanging knowledge and expertise and keeping the nursing profession attractive. Ensuring the sustainability of healthcare demands a strategic investment in the development, retention, and attraction of qualified nurses.
