EUPHONY; a harmonious and meaningful cooperation of varying sounds. Are organizations truly aware of their potential to engage and serve communities inclusive of culture and identity? How do executive teams include persons of varying identities? What can we do to ensure that diverse voices and perspectives are heard, valued and celebrated? How can we progress from “diversity” to authentic inclusion? Through exploration, engagement and education, we empower compassionate and progressive leaders with tools to create and nurture equitable and inclusive cultures. Since 2017, our solutions-based approach has been to "call-in" leaders to realize their full potential to engage partners, members, stakeholders and staff of underrepresented identities, particularly gender diverse and racialized peoples. Providing an intersectional, anti-oppression perspective and approach to our work, we educate, empower and collaborate with leadership teams to implement policy, create strategic planning, and help to nurture growth and healthy, inclusive practices.
