Meraki is a modern Greek word that translates to adding something of yourself into what you do. We are a mental health and wellness initiative that aims to empower people, build awareness, and fight the stigma surrounding mental illness. Our main focus is to make people independent and well equipped to face the challenges of life on their own. For us, achieving a healthy mind is a journey that entails introspection in the right direction. Our logo is a metaphor for the same process of transformation. We aim to provide our clients with a platform to explore themselves through our workshops and help foster hope, peace, endurance, and resilience with our counseling sessions.
