Eureka! Amsterdam

Eureka! is a group of like-minded people of all ages who have taken matters into their own hands in a congested housing market. We believe that everyone has the right to affordable housing. That is why we're going to build our own home in the Kolenkitbuurt in which our vision can be realized. We no longer want to live anonymously in a neighborhood where neighbors don't greet one another. We want a home where there's always someone to drink coffee with, watch a movie with or do some grocery shopping for when you're sick. Our group consists of multiple generations, people from all backgrounds, from families with or without children, people living alone, cohabiting, young people, older people and elderly people. We strive to ensure that Eureka! will reflect the city in which we live together as much as possible and are still looking for new members to set this up together!
