In May 2016, the Company strengthened its management team and board of directors with the addition of a technical team with extensive mine-development and operations experience in preparation for the advancement of the Rovina Valley Project.
In August 2016, Euro Sun Mining became the new name of the former "Carpathian Gold" following a recapitalization of the Company and was listed on the main board of the Toronto Stock Exchange in September 2016.
