Euroaddress is one of Russia’s largest groups of companies in the business of directory media and information. The Group has a strong position in the area of advertiser paid directories and fastly growing electronic media products. Euroaddress publishes four off-line and an on-line directory brands standing behind some of the strongest and most recognizable brands in the regions where the Group operates. Euroaddress group operates in the European part of Russia generating some double digit million Euro revenue and employing about 700 people, with most of those in sales. Euroaddress has been owned till late 2008 by Texas Pacific Group - a private equity investment firm with significant investments in many important brand-name companies and with an investment philosophy of value creation by investing in change (www.tpg.com).
