Eurogum elastomers for chewing and bubble gum base were created in 1998 by joining the technical expertise of a leading European rubber producer, Chemical Company Dwory, with the marketing experience of specialty wax supplier, Clarus Specialty Products, and quickly became the number 2 global source of food-grade styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) for gum base, providing high quality products, technical service and formulation assistance.
Eurogum ceased activities in 2012.
