European HRM Programme (EHRM)

Effective Human Resource Management is key to the competitive advantage of companies operating in an increasingly international environment. To achieve this competitive advantage, companies require human resource managers who are fully conversant with international business cultures and practices. The Master Programme in European Human Resource Management has been developed to integrate general management education with advanced HRM knowledge through a combination of theoretical and practical sessions and an in-company consultancy project. EHRM is an international project focusing on European issues within International HRM. The programme brings together participants and faculty from seven leading European business schools and universities to deliver the relevant skills and conceptual tools in a mixture of intensive classroom based sessions and project work for European multinational companies. The international mix of participants and faculty is an essential component of the programme. Participating countries are Belgium (Vlerick Business School), Germany (University of Bamberg), The Netherlands (Radboud University Nijmegen), Italy (LUISS Business School), Spain (Cadiz University), France (IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management) and Latvia (Riseba University).
