EIP | European Integrated Projects is a SME management consulting company based in Romania, with an additional office in Italy. We provide consulting services for city authorities, national or regional agencies, operators, and the private sector. Our focus is on sustainable mobility and the primary fields of work include stakeholder engagement, knowledge transfer, capacity building, policy research and analysis, strategic planning, innovation management, awareness raising and communications on sustainability issues, project and consortium management, as well as securing funding and project support within European sustainable transport initiatives and EU structural funds programmes. EIP has been involved with the CIVITAS network since its start in 2002, having a solid reputation among local authorities, mobility companies, and other organisations across the EU. We have been involved in successful international projects such as CIVITAS FASTTRACK, EMPOWER, CIVITAS SUMP-PLUS, MORE, SMARTA, CIVITAS PORTIS, CIVITAS DESTINATIONS, CREATE, MIND-SETS, SWITCH, CHUMS, CIVITAS RENAISSANCE and others. EIP is also a member of the CIVINET Romania network.
