EPST provides selection services and pilot training.
Airline pilots are selected and trained. Basic training is provided by three experienced quality flight training organizations, Global Aviation in Greece, OSM Aviation Academy in Norway and Aero Locarno in Switzerland.
The MCC / APS course is provided at EPST in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Active airline pilots are used as instructors in a modern fixed-base B737NG flight simulator.
European Pilot Selection & Training (EPST) First Officer training program provides ab-initio (student) pilots with an integrated training course including comprehensive aviation style jet training to fully prepare them for their first aviation interview and job. EPST continues to support successful graduates until they secure their first pilot job with one of the major airlines.
Our selection tool (the COMPASS test) consists of an aptitude test and a personality questionnaire. The test can be administered in-house. The results are immediately available through an online connection.
