Our labour force is currently around 50 strong and growing, with the majority of operatives on our books for over 5 years. Our gangs are made up of 3-4 individuals, strategically put together to get the best out of each other.
We take great pride in having some of the most skilled operatives in their respective trades working for us and have been successful in retaining these people, by being able to provide a steady stream of work and offering Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
We have experience on all different kinds of waterproofing and resurfacing across all sectors, from residential walkways to multi-storey carparks. Projects typically range from 100-10,000M2, however no project is too small or too large for us to consider.
