EU Scream is nonprofit professional journalism with a purpose. We amplify the voices of people you might not ordinarily hear from. Many of these voices belong to people directly affected by extremist policies; others belong to people seeking ways to address our polarized societies. We are non-partisan. But we worry about preserving peace, individual liberties and social justice. We like Europe. But we understand it needs to change with the times. The facts always will be sacred. But we believe relentless reporting of both sides is self-defeating when one of them aims to whip up prejudice and destroy trust.
