Evana & Tía is our way of supporting and favoring the labor insertion of women at risk of exclusion, through training and employment within the fashion sector. We want to become a company that society wants to exist, and we believe that the way is doing things right. It is not just about wearing an exclusive fashion accessory, it is about feeling unique knowing that you are supporting a large community of women, helping them to recover the desire to live and work and what is more, to be a participant in this Community and movement. What do we want to achieve? That women who feel that they do not have possibilities within the labor world due to social exclusion, due to their age, life circumstances, training or status, recover the illusion and enter the labor market with our help in the world of fashion. the essence of sustainability and the fact hand. Because we feel that these sectors of women have less possibilities than any to integrate in the current labor world. Women in situation or risk of exclusion suffer greater vulnerability and lack of social empathy. Having a job is not only a source of income, it is also a source of health at all levels. So our impact is to integrate and empower women totally disconnected from the workplace in something as beautiful and feminine as the fashion industry.
