About Evelyn's Table

From the team at Studio Paskin. Situated within The Blue Posts, set on the cusp of Chinatown on Rupert Street - A public house has existed on these grounds since at least 1739. Back in 2017, founders Zoë and Layo Paskin, lovingly restored the iconic Grade II Listed public house, in collaboration with David Archer of Archer Humphryes (Chiltern Firehouse, Hakkasan) into three locations to explore and enjoy; The Blue Posts, The Mulwray and Evelyn’s Table. By lowering the original beer cellar in the basement, Evelyn’s Table was created. An intimate 12 seater counter dining experience, which since 2024 has been led by Head Chef Seamus Sam, serving an evolving menu built on his formative experiences. Seamus’s cuisine has been naturally influenced by his passion and kitchen experience, from working at Restaurant Story (**), The Clove Club (**) and Muse by Tom Aikens (*).
