Albert Einstein said “We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them”. Have you ever tabled a simple problem at a meeting only to leave an hour later with the same problem seeming unsolvable? Have you ever run a brainstorming session that ends in complexity and seemingly average ideas? This is a common outcome. We think that by bringing people into a room and locking the doors until we have a solution is the best way to tackle problems. The opposite is true. We are looking for fresh ideas, insight, and simplicity. Insight comes from clarity and clarity comes from removing the contamination (our thinking, problems etc) that distracts us. I am an accomplished leader with a broad range of skills. I help people realise their true potential which in turn leads to happy productive people.
