Ever’s is driven by the vision of our father, Ever Jonas Mimoun. Born in Tunisia into a French and Italian household, Ever immigrated to the United States in the 1960’s. Missing the Mediterranean and European infused cuisine of his childhood, Ever struggled to find the same edible luxuries that he had known. It has been his lifelong passion to share the gourmet food he grew up with and loved among his family and friends. Fulfilling his dream, Ever’s is a labor of love, bringing only the highest quality delicacies from around the world.
