Evercold Technical Services Ltd was established in 2010 to provide a reactive, planned maintenance and installation service to a number of high profile clients/companies. With 30 years of experience in the facilities management, retail and commercial sectors, Evercold Technical Services team are well versed in working and operating within the retail, commercial and industrial sectors including retail and critical banking environments. Evercold Technical Services pride itself on providing outstanding services such as fault diagnosis and rectification, servicing and new installations covering all disciplines including HVAC, Electrical, Gas and building fabric repairs and maintenance. The core business was originally built on Air Conditioning and HVAC services but identified the requirement to expand the company dynamics in 2016 due to client demand to provide M&E and building fabric services. The business model is to offer our partners and clients a one-stop shop service covering most trade disciplines. The Management team have over 30 years of experience in the maintenance, facilities management and construction sectors. Evercold Technical Services currently hold the following accreditations Gas Safe, CHAS, Safe Contractor, Refcom with operatives holding enhanced DBS, CSCS cards, IPAF, PASMA and individual qualifications.
