Founded 24 years back by Manish Shinde who has a rich experience of more than 27 years in seafood sourcing and exports. Everfresh Seafoods is the first ever organized seafood retailer of Mumbai, the organized fresh and raw seafood retailing concept was way ahead of its time for Mumbai in the year 1997, as Mumbai had plenty of fish markets that sold seafood in unhygienic conditions with no convenience of cutting - cleaning - packaging & delivery at doorstep being available. It was a huge challenge to sell fresh fish and to compete against fish mongers, as it was tough to incorporate the Kg system among the customers as the fish markets sold fish on pair bases and prawns on the basis of bunch. It took time to educate customers and convince them to switch to the fair system of per kg basis and fixed pricing. Everfresh Seafoods sources it's catch directly from landing centers and pays detailed attention on the complete chain of activity right from sourcing the right quality to transport in hygienic condition, controlled temperature, receiving at the store, cleaning with customized cutting, vacuum packaging and delivering to customers by maintaining proper cold chain till their doorstep.
