Evergreen Innovations Network

Evergreen Innovations Network (launched by Evergreen Retirement Community) provides a variety of services and educational programs to long-term care organizations that are transforming their culture into providing person-centered care through quality, teamwork, and process improvement. Recently, Evergreen Innovations Network has launched its new management and staff training program, called Learning Waves, which helps long-term care organizations achieve culture change initiatives. Learning Waves is a comprehensive, team-focused training program that emphasized quality, teamwork, and process improvement. It is based on the Evergreen Quality Model which was developed and used at Evergreen Retirement Community since 1994.
