Evergreen Wellness is dedicated to helping women and men over the age of 50 (and 60, 70, and 80) engage with one another in community to find ways to live a life worth living longer.
We facilitate this communication by offering an online community where members share their experiences on what it means to “live evergreen.” We also offer an array of fitness video programs (DVD and streaming) hosted by celebrity trainer Jaime Brenkus. “The 8-minute abs guy,” as Jaime is known, is the inventor of the 8-minute workout philosophy that revolutionized the fitness industry in the 90s. Today his focus is on women and men over 50 looking for ways to get into and maintain fitness that’s suited to their age.
