Evermill Capital is an investment management firm that delivers bespoke, asset backed financing solutions for our operating partners and institutional clients. We access high quality transactions by targeting and collaborating with counterparties directly and through the Delancey group's network. In doing so, we bring together a team with skills and experience in real assets, fixed income, and structured finance to create innovative and competitive capital structures with our debt and equity partners. The firm was founded by Scott Gardner, Tom Benham and Harry Millward in collaboration with the Delancey’s leadership team.
