At the core of every business is a person who matters. When you have problems, you deserve solutions that work. I believe that solution can be found in Permaculture. I work with small business owners drowning in overwhelm and chaos. We put things in order with 1:1 coaching. After running a bookkeeping business for 17 years, with a 93% client retention rate, I trained with Authentic Education to become a coach so that I could lean on this broad experience, and give more to small business owners who are, in my opinion, champions of self-reliance, resilience and following your dreams. Working towards ICF Accredication, I have been privileged to witness how the coaching process has transformed the lives of my clients. I personally believe that everyone should have a coach. I know I'd be lost without mine. My personal coaching journey was incredibly soul-healing and transformational, and put me back in touch with my 6-year old self who was in love with the Earth that God created for all mankind. This led me to discover Permaculture, and it was a joyful moment when I realised I've been doing this all my life, I just didn't know what it was called! I completed my Permaculture Design Certificate, and immersed myself in the community and the "permie" way of life. Living in harmony with the earth, and choosing the natural and organic way is how I show my gratitude for this beautiful earth. As I became more educated in the systems and principles of Permaculture, I began to see countless parallels to how to run your business. Of course they work! Nature never gets it wrong, and so I have complete confidence that Permaculture provides the solutions for the challenges of business today. I now blend my love for small business coaching and all things Permaculture, by coaching small business owners to "Permaculture Your Business". My focus is to: Love the Earth, Serve Others, Be True, and to Build Community
