I also use Holistic psychotherapy which is an integrative approach grounded in psychosynthesis. This focuses on the relationship between mind, body, and spirit and explores how issues in one aspect of your life can lead to concerns in other areas. Unlike other forms of therapy, these methods help create deep-seated changes in your emotional development.
