Using primarily Psychoanalytical and psychodynamic therapy, I look at how your unconscious thoughts and perceptions developed throughout your childhood, and how this may affect your current behavior and thoughts. I also use Holistic psychotherapy which is an integrative approach grounded in psychosynthesis. This focuses on the relationship between mind, body, and spirit and explores how issues in one aspect of your life can lead to concerns in other areas. Unlike other forms of therapy, these methods help create deep-seated changes in your emotional development.
