Everyday Active is a campaign created and developed by Active Kent & Medway, the Active Partnership for Kent & Medway, which is one of 43 Active Partnerships in England.
We aim to increase participation in sport and physical activity and promote the benefits of a healthy lifestyle for all our 1.9m residents, especially among under-represented groups, including women, older people, people with disabilities, black and minority ethnic communities and people from lower socio-economic groups.
Everyday Active assists health practitioners to have effective conversations with their patients about physical activity, to lead to meaningful and sustainable behaviour change. It also helps leisure providers and community organisations engage new audiences in physical activity.
