Our one-to-one coaching can be online or in person and we create a safe space to explore who you are and the situation you are facing. We have a range of specialisms including Strengthsfinder, ‘drone’ view and ‘bodycam’ view perspectives and anxiety coaching.
Our face-to-face training fully engages your team as we use interactive games and activities that act as metaphors to understand the principles that we look at. Our most popular training is ‘Staying sane when people complain’ or ‘Challenging Conversations’ or ‘Working as a Top Team’ but we run bespoke training on any leadership, teamwork or communication topic.
