Everyday Leader is here to empower you. It may sound like a bold statement but through our one-to-one coaching and training we inspire you to see what your future could look like and equip you with knowledge, skills, ideas and strategy to take ownership of your next steps and achieve them. Empowerment comes by helping you to understand who you are, what your passionate purpose is, what strengths and skills you have and how to use them effectively. We can help you in a range of ways. Our one-to-one coaching can be online or in person and we create a safe space to explore who you are and the situation you are facing. We have a range of specialisms including Strengthsfinder, ‘drone’ view and ‘bodycam’ view perspectives and anxiety coaching. Our face-to-face training fully engages your team as we use interactive games and activities that act as metaphors to understand the principles that we look at. Our most popular training is ‘Staying sane when people complain’ or ‘Challenging Conversations’ or ‘Working as a Top Team’ but we run bespoke training on any leadership, teamwork or communication topic. We also run bespoke online training on any leadership, teamwork or communication topic. We start from where you are and tailor training and coaching to your needs. We start with a conversation to really understand what you need and build a programme around you. As our names suggest, we are here to develop everyday people to become everyday leaders in everyday situations. We believe in making rich theory into accessible learning to help you and your team lead yourself and others confidently.
