Hi, I’m Amy-Jane Gielen, PHD and founder of Evidence Based Work. I combine more than 15 years of policy research experience with the Tiny Habits Method.
What works, for whom, under what circumstances and how? My research and PhD dissertation revolved around these questions. It is also the reason why I fell in love with the Tiny Habits Method, because it is all about finding out what works for you.
My aim is to help you find out what works for you so you can create more impactful policy as a focused, productive, resilient and stress-free professional.
I am based in the Netherlands, but offer global services. My clients are ministries, municipalities, think tanks, police, youth care, youth work, universities and many more.
