Evoinos strives for knowledge and capacity building through advocacy, cultural management so as to engage and inspire diverse professional and non-professional wineloving audiences. Part of Wine in Moderation Cyprus. Founded in 2013 as a collaborative project, it has since 2017 has been operating as a collective working in collaboration with most relevant change makers of the Cypriot wine sector transversally and in its last decade has been positioned to reflect as express local terroir soils, varieties and new wine styles at La Cité du Vin in Bordeaux. https://opencollective.com/evoinos-heritage
