Sonnie Linebarger is a Registered Nurse and an innovative thought leader with 20+ years of experience within the healthcare space. Over the course of that time, she has gained incredible expertise and experience leading thousands of people in the clinical, sales, strategic operations, and financial management divisions for large healthcare organizations throughout the country. With more than 40 M&A deals under her belt, she understands the importance of the post-acquisition integration process to smoothly wed businesses, integrate teams, and produce timely collection of synergy dollars. Sonnie spent the last 4 years as the Chief Operating Officer for Bristol Hospice where she helped lead them to more than double the size of the organization with 45 locations across 20 states. Crafting and refining a people centered culture is a passion of hers as she is committed to the mentorship, development, and transformation of others. In 2022, she responded to the underrepresentation of women and women of color within the healthcare leadership space and co-founded the nonprofit organization I.D.E.A.L. for Healthcare (Inclusion Diversity and Equity Alliance in Leadership). Catalyzing women in healthcare, promoting upward mobility and visibility. She has taken all she has learned over the last 20+ years and poured that into creating her own platform, Evoke Greatness, where she helps healthcare organizations optimize their processes, products, and people to decrease turnover, improve culture, capture efficiencies, maximize profitability, and scale their growth.
