EvoLibri Consulting, located in Santa Clara, is a fee-for-service agency providing remote, hybrid, and in-person services through private pay, school districts, and state and corporate contracts. We work exclusively with lower-need neurodivergent teens and adults – those with ADHD, learning and mood differences, autism, and related differences, most of whom are on regular high school tracks or have graduated at age 18 but may face ongoing concerns in post-secondary and employment environments.

We provide both ‘light wrap’ and individual services to our clients ages 14 through adulthood:

Social Groups for Teens and for Adults
Transition Assessment and Planning Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs; private pay or school-funded)
Career Counseling and Field of Study Selection
Independent Living Skills Coaching and Classes (private pay and through Department of Rehabilitation)
Academic Success/Executive Functioning Coaching and Classes (private pay and through Department of Rehabilitation)
CollegeLaunch Two-Year College Support Program (through Department of Rehabilitation)
Employment Prep and Development (private pay and through Department of Rehabilitation)
Employment Coaching (corporate contract, private pay, and through Department of Rehabilitation)
