Evolution at Work offers two unique concepts: The Symbiotic Enterprise, which enables people and organizations to move into self-organization in a way that creates symbiosis. The Language of Spaces framework develops human capacities required to thrive within the increasing complexity of self-organization and this completely new way of doing our work in the world.
When organizations move from traditional ways of organizing work to self-organization, individuals inevitably experience new tensions that didn’t previously exist. Self-organization is liberating for the organization and for people, but while there are very helpful answers for organizations that are on this journey, the individuals that make up the organization are often left without the internal tools to navigate the new tensions with clarity and compassion.
